The nurses are very rude & im thinking of making a formal complaint due to elderly abuse ,why send Urgent medication prescription to an online delivery pharmacy that take over 2 weeks to deliver after asking doctor to send the script to a local pharmacy illness could get worse without the meds she need to take asap..makes no sense

Doctor Michael A Loden is the type of person I like to refer to as biased and unprofessional. He threatened to contact local law enforcement just for me being there for a family member and if we’re talking legally, no crime would’ve been committed so therefore that is he is unprofessional and biased, he is using something that happened over 15 years ago and something that no longer has any real relevance as justification and I’m not going to let something like that slide. Doctor Loden, I’m only going to say this once, if I find out that you do what you have done to me to someone else, I promise you won’t like after I’m done, I will call federal law enforcement and the federal medical commission and launch an investigation against you and I will make sure that you are subsequently taken into federal custody and that you never practice medicine of any kind ever again. I will also file a lawsuit against your clinic for being accomplices. You have been warned.

Dr bailey is phenomenal, but tell me why his nurse was beyond disrespectful !! Have never been so irritated . My husband was trying to get his medication and The Nurse told my husband that he would have to make an appointment, which isn’t an issue, very understandable . The thing that ticked me off is that he gave her a concern and she said “ wasn’t her problem and this wouldn't be an issue if he actually made yearly examines “ the fact that it’s okay to talk to someone like this in the medical field is crazy !

My husband and I have been patients here for over 16 years, so that should tell you something in this day & age! Even though we are retired from working in the Waco area, and live over an hour's drive away (depending on road construction on any given highway between here and there), we won't go anywhere else! Blessed to have been referred to Dr. Loden all those years ago, he's truly met his calling! And kudos to the nurses, lab techs, office personnel and all others there, they make it as pleasant an experience as possible! I want to personally thank each and every one of you!

Came in for a flight physical and my first visit to this office. Everyone was great! I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time and I was led back to the office earlier than scheduled also. The receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Julian were all very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.
